An organization is faced with a high-stakes impending negotiation. They develop a tentative negotiation strategy. Information is gathered and sent to Mr. Beal prior to a negotiation planning session.
Mr. Beal meets with the negotiation team in a strategizing session. He conducts a careful and deep review of all aspects of the negotiation plan. When the team feels the situation is fully understood, Mr. Beal tests the strategy, assumptions, data sets, etc. until everyone on the team concurs that the strategy is complete.
